Our First Ever Spring Meadows Friday Night Gospel Singing was a huge success as 325 singers gathered to sing praises to our Almighty God and edify each other Friday night!
Our friend Tom Holland served as our emcee and, as always, did an excellent job of guiding us through the evening and keeping us on schedule. Joe Trimble, Phillip Brown, and John Cowley led off with several of our favorite praise songs and hymns to set a positive tone for the evening. Then some 22 song leaders from various places, including some from Spring Meadows, led us in many other favorites. At 9:00 we took a break for some refreshments, then about 120 folks stayed for nearly an hour longer as we moved in and stood close together to sing around the stage area. This awesome night of singing concluded at 10:40pm.
Many Spring Meadows members worked together to make the Singing successful. Special Thanks to all those who helped direct traffic, greet our guests, keep the nursery, provide food, assist with facility setup and cleanup, and all those who supported us by being there Friday night.
